We want you to be completely satisfied with your Drifter purchase and will accept returns of products in original condition with all tags attached within 30 days from the original purchase date.
To be eligible for a return, we require a return authorization number to be included in the shipment back to us. To obtain an return authorization number, please email Drifter at email@example.com with your order #, total amount purchased, and your reason for the return/exchange. Order returned without a return authorization number will not be processed.
Please note: Return labels will be provided with domestic orders only.
Refunds are issued once merchandise has undergone a quality inspection. We will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1 billing cycle. Drifter may refuse any returns that do not comply with our conditions stated below.
